Hi Everyone! I'm grateful you are taking time and read my story!

My name is Andrea and I live with my husband in the Sunshine State, Florida.

I was born and raised in Hungary, in Eastern Europe and I moved to the USA in 1999. Although I came empty-handed, I brought everything I needed: love and support, memories, motivation, creativity and an open mind in case of "culture shock" :)

When I was growing up I watched my dad paint our old, little house inside. He used different rubber rollers to make damask patterns on top of the base color. I learned from him that precision and quality work can make a world of a difference even at financially challenging times. I never stopped loving the smell of the fresh paint and I went to the best school to learn about fascinating faux finishes for walls and furniture. My mom, who was an obstetrician, showed me what is it like when your job is your passion. She truly loved her work but also took the time to teach me her other passions: embroidery, sewing and knitting.

Textures, colors, patterns and nature inspire me. Beauty is all around us!

I love to repurpose something old or create something new and marvelous. It is a delight to think that piece is going travel somewhere in the world to a new home to start a new chapter and make someone so happy!

So here I am, sharing my ideas and designs with you- Because You Matter :)
